WHAT IS A SKR?

The safekeeping of an asset in a Security House, with the issuance of the custody receipt, the well-known SKR (Safe Guard Receipt), is the first step in the legalization of assets and the path to banking. Several assets can be held in custody: stocks, real estate bonds, precious metals, historical bonds, precious stones, works of art, among others. When these assets are preferred under the Agent’s custody, the Agent issues a custody receipt (SKR). With the issuance of the SKR, the assets are ready for the financial market and can be bankrolled.
